Roles & Responsibilities : Resolution of Customer grievances/complaints within the given TAT Acknowledge the user issues related to bureau updates Quick response to the Regulatory compliance with proper resolutions Highlighting the legal issues to the corresponding team with high priority Bridging the gap between bureaus and user KPI 1 - Response time 2 - Resolution Time 3 - Customer satisfaction 4 - Reduction in Escalation rate 5 - Training & Development 6 - Compliance 7 - Documentation Accuracy 8 - Number of Resolved cases Requirements: Any full-time UG degree. Should be 1.5 + yrs of experience Communication skills - English + any regional language mandatory except Hindi Should possess Empathetic skills and should be understanding towards customer need Should have good analytical skill Should be able to resolve Conflicts Should have Attention to detail Should be of Ethical Conduct
