We are not just another agency—we are your competitive advantage. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who lives and breathes storytelling, pacing, and visual flow. Someone who can craft cinematic edits, scroll-stopping short-form videos, and motion-driven brand content that truly connects. You will be working out of our Noida office, collaborating with our creative, strategy, and social media teams to deliver impactful video content across multiple platforms — from LinkedIn and Meta to TikTok and YouTube . Key Responsibilities - Video Editing Excellence Edit A-roll and B-roll footage with strong storytelling, rhythm, and flow. Craft short-form content optimized for social (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos for YouTube, campaigns, and brand films. Sync audio, color-correct, and fine-tune visuals for professional, polished delivery. Motion Graphics & Animation Design animated transitions, text graphics, lower thirds, and end screens for campaigns and ads. Collaborate with designers and animators to merge graphics and footage seamlessly. [Nice to have] Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics to enhance narratives and bring brand elements to life. AI & Tool Proficiency Expert in industry-standard tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Audition . Familiarity with emerging AI-based tools (Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, etc.) to optimize workflow and ideation. Maintain awareness of new technologies and integrate them into the editing process. Creative Strategy & Collaboration Translate creative briefs into video concepts and storyboards. Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and designers to align visuals with campaign strategy. Edit for platform performance — adapt formats, pacing, and hooks per channel. Project & Workflow Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and timeliness. Organize raw footage, maintain clean project files, and ensure easy handoff across teams. Maintain a consistent style guide and visual standard for brand storytelling. Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of professional video editing experience in an agency or production setting. Strong portfolio showcasing: A-roll/B-roll storytelling Short-form edits (Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts) 2D/3D motion graphics and animations Brand campaigns or ads Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and at least one AI-based video tool . Sound understanding of pacing, rhythm, typography in motion, and sound design. Strong eye for detail, composition, and brand consistency. Excellent communication and ability to take constructive feedback. Must be available to join within 1–2 weeks and be comfortable working from our Noida office . Nice-to-Have Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya). Experience in color grading and LUT creation. Basic VFX or green screen compositing. Understanding of performance metrics for creative testing (CTR, retention, engagement). Familiarity with brand strategy and creative direction principles.
