The Associate will be responsible for providing legal expertise, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting clients with comprehensively tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include research and analysis, drafting legal documents, consulting with clients, and collaborating with the legal team to resolve complex cases with efficiency and precision. Qualifications Strong skills in Legal Research and drafting Proficiency in Legal Analysis and Problem-Solving Attention to detail and Technical Skills in legal documentation Effective Communication and Collaboration abilities Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple projects Understanding of governance and compliance frameworks is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) Prior experience in legal advisory or compliance is a plus
