Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media) – Paid Internship (2 Months) 📍 Remote – Based in Vadodara, Gujarat (occasional in-person meetings) About the Role: We’re looking for a digital-native marketing mind who lives and breathes social media. Someone who can scroll, create, and schedule like second nature; but with taste. You’ll be part of a growing skincare startup that’s all about authenticity, creativity, and clean aesthetics. You’ll work closely with the core team on social media strategy, content creation, and reel editing , helping shape the brand’s visual and digital presence across platforms. What You’ll Do: Conceptualize and schedule premium, minimal yet scroll-stopping social media content. Edit Reels using VN App and create visuals on Canva , following the brand’s tone and visual guides. Coordinate photoshoots, brainstorming sessions, and occasional offline campaigns. Keep up with trends — but know when to break them. Support the launch of new products and campaigns with fresh digital ideas. What We’re Looking For: Aesthetic sense that leans minimal, premium, and raw. Hands-on experience with Canva, VN, and Instagram scheduling tools . Comfortable being both creative and organized — strategy meets spontaneity. Based in or around Vadodara, Gujarat for in-person meetings & briefings. We’re looking for someone who believes in giving back , enjoys being on the field, and wants to contribute to real, visible change. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and organized Event Coordinator who can help us execute small and large-scale community events with excellence. You will work hands-on across planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution. A key part of this role is also capturing high-quality mobile photos and videos during events for internal documentation and social media storytelling. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Support in planning and executing charity events, social campaigns, workshops, award ceremonies, medical camps, youth events, and foundation-led initiatives. Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations. Prepare checklists, timelines, and execution plans for each event. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with decorators, sound vendors, photographers, transport providers, print vendors, venue teams, and local authorities when needed. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services for every event. On-Ground Leadership Be present at every event to supervise setup, manage flow, guide volunteers, and resolve issues. Maintain calm and professional conduct even in busy environments. Content Capture Capture clean, high-quality mobile photos and videos during events for later editing and social media use. Understand basic angles, framing, and lighting to ensure professional-looking footage. Logistics & Administration Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses. Maintain records, event reports, and stakeholder lists. Ensure post-event clean-up, documentation, and vendor settlements.
