The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, managing customer accounts, ensuring effective dispatching, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating rates with carriers, managing freight schedules, resolving shipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations Strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatching Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in logistics software and technology is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
