The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will streamline and expand our sales operations via email and direct outreach. You’ll build strategic partnerships, qualify leads, and drive new business, working onsite with an energetic, supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales pipeline through outreach and direct contact. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Set and achieve KPIs for weekly outreach volume and lead conversion. Maintain long-term client relationships across segments. Report actionable insights and market feedback to leadership. Use CRM tools to track and optimize performance. Role Description As our Video Editor Intern, you’ll help bring our clients’ stories to life. You’ll transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos that speak to real people — whether that’s for social media, brand campaigns, or internal use. You’ll collaborate with a passionate, creative team that values both ideas and execution.
