Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You will work closely with marketing, client, and content teams to deliver impactful designs that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, infographics, case studies, email campaigns, website banners, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
• Create engaging visuals, including infographics, icons, and illustrations, to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in healthcare or technology is a plus).

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
