Graphics Designer

As a Graphic Designer in our company, your role will involve translating abstract ideas into visually compelling representations that align with client objectives. You will work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to develop innovative graphic designs. Your responsibilities will include obtaining input from managers, collaborating with the marketing team, and maintaining internal design databases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on various materials such as web pages, presentations, signage, and marketing materials - Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity - Develop concepts using design software and execute original content with a focus on color, text, imagery, and layout - Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials based on best practices - Utilize trend intelligence and market knowledge in design execution **Qualifications Required:** - Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills - Five or more years of experience with design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines - Desire to continue building skills through education and training In addition to the above qualifications, the following preferred skills and qualifications are desirable: - Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline - Working knowledge of CSS 3, HTML 5, and JavaScript - Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule and work location in person.
