Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and the ability to create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media. You will be responsible for developing designs that communicate our brand message effectively and enhance our visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, ads, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visuals that align with brand objectives.
• Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and infographics.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual communications.
• Create eye-catching designs optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit and retouch images for digital and print use.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to take creative direction and bring ideas to life visually.
• Attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles (optional).
• Ability to create motion graphics or animated content.
• Experience in branding, packaging, or advertising design.
