Position Summary:


Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms.
  • Create visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and graphic design.
  • Work with other departments to understand their content needs.
  • Optimize video content for different social media platforms.
  • Maintain an organized library of video and graphic assets.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
  • Review and make necessary revisions to content based on feedback.
  • Ensure all content is of the highest quality and free of errors.
  • Assist in the development of storyboards and scripts.
  • Use motion graphics and special effects to enhance video content.
  • Export and deliver final video files in the required formats.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard software.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video and graphic issues.
  • Continuously improve skills through training and professional development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro and other video editing software.
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and special effects.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Technical proficiency in video and graphic file formats and codecs.
  • Experience with color grading and audio editing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Qualifications
