Key Responsibilities: Create engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, websites, brochures, ads, presentations, etc.) Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize design solutions Develop visual identities, logos, and brand style guides Edit and retouch photos, videos, or other visual assets as needed Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices Ensure all designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines Requirements: Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus) Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding Ability to take constructive feedback and revise work accordingly Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of UI/UX and social media trends is an advantage Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred) What We Offer: A creative and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work on premium national and international brands Flexible work hours (if applicable) Scope for learning, growth, and innovation Onsite Job Connect @ 9310925510 Send CV to rbitbinders@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 07/06/2025
