Job Description – Graphic Designer (Adworth Media)

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

About the Role

Adworth Media is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who has hands-on experience in designing for brands, social media, campaigns, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate must be skilled with modern design tools, have strong visual communication abilities, and be updated with the latest AI design workflows.

You will work closely with the social media, performance marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives for our clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing social media creatives, ads, banners, reels & thumbnails.
• Design brand materials including campaign graphics, emailers, landing page elements, and pitch decks.
• Work with the digital team to conceptualize and execute fresh creative ideas.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to improve quality and speed of creative output.
• Collaborate with video editors & content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per client briefs and campaign requirements.
• Stay updated with current design trends, industry styles, and new AI-powered design innovations.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and version control of ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Tools

Must be proficient in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Figma
• Knowledge of AI tools for design (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) is a strong plus.

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a digital agency, branding agency, or creative studio.
• Strong portfolio with designs created for real industry clients.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layouts & marketing design.
• Ability to visualize concepts quickly and convert briefs into polished creatives.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and design sense.
• Comfortable working from our Gurgaon office. Candidates who can relocate are welcome.
