Key Responsibilities Ad Design : Create attractive static ads for ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Social Media Creativity : Develop visually compelling social media posts, including static designs and carousel formats, that engage and build our community. Print Collateral : Design brochures and other print materials that communicate brand messages effectively. Website UI Design : Collaborate with the team to design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website layouts. Digital Design Assets : Create designs for various digital platforms, such as mail banners, WhatsApp posts, blog banners, and more. Skills & Qualifications Design Expertise : Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools. Typography Mastery : Strong understanding of typography principles to create visually appealing designs. Creativity : Exceptional creativity with a knack for producing unique and memorable designs. Attention to Detail : Ability to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects. Time Management : Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For Experience : 2–4 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in static ads, social media designs, print materials, and website UI. Collaborative Spirit : Comfortable working in a team environment and taking constructive feedback. Adaptability : Ability to design for diverse platforms and audiences.
