Position Overview

YesMedia is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong visual skills, a passion for design, and the ability to create eye-catching digital and print creatives that align with our brand and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional creatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to understand project needs.
• Maintain consistency with YesMedia’s brand identity and client branding guidelines.
• Edit, refine, and adapt existing designs for various platforms.
• Prepare final files for both digital publishing and print.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and branding activities.
• Stay updated with modern design trends and tools.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma/After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Eligibility & Experience

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on design experience (agency experience is a bonus).
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields (preferred).
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short video editing.
• Experience designing for social media ads, brand campaigns, and corporate presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
