Start Date: Immediate · Location: My Design Minds, RZ-16, Third Floor, Mahindra Park, Near Hero Showroom, Uttam Nagar, Delhi (110059) · Company Website: www.mydesignminds.com · No. Of Vacancies: 5 · Employment Type: Work from Office (Full-time) · salary: 12,000-20,000 (Depending on skill set) · Experience: 0-1 years of experience in purchase, procurement · Duration: 6 Months Roles and Responsibilities:Creative Design & Execution: · Conceptualize and create designs for digital and print media including brochures, logos, posters, banners, packaging, social media graphics, and website elements · Develop creative visual content aligned with brand identity, messaging, and project goals · Design engaging infographics and marketing visuals that communicate complex ideas clearly Digital Media & Social Branding: · Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce visual content for campaigns · Design creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) · Ensure consistency across all branding and communication materials Client Projects & Customization: · Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions · Make timely edits and revisions based on client feedback · Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines Tools & Software Expertise: · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) · Experience with Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is an added advantage · Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus Collaboration & Communication: · Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to support ongoing projects · Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas · Maintain organized folders and archives of design work Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field · Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various mediums · Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow design briefs · Time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines · Basic knowledge of print production and digital resolution formats · Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a growth mindset Application Instructions: Please submit a resume at careers@mydesignminds.com Contact Person Name: Shristy Singh (HR Executive) Contact number: 9599399436 Email ID: humanresource.mdm@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
