Job Title: Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a creative, motivated, and passionate individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for someone beginning their digital marketing journey and eager to explore design, content creation, and digital media production.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Support

• Contribute to the creation of visually engaging designs for social media, advertisements, posters, and other marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos including reels, promotional clips, and social media content, with guidance from the creative team.

Videography

• Assist with in-office video shoots for team features and culture-focused content.
• Support on-site filming for property and real estate showcases.

SEO & Digital Marketing Support

• Learn and assist with fundamental SEO techniques, including keyword research and optimization.
• Help execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence.

Content Creation

• Participate in planning and developing content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Manage consistent scheduling and posting across social channels.

UI/UX Design (Introductory)

• Provide support with basic user interface design and user experience enhancements for websites and landing pages.

Trend Research

• Stay informed about current trends in design, social media, and digital marketing.
• Bring fresh creative ideas to brainstorming and team discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Basic video editing experience using software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Interest or beginner-level experience in videography, including both office and on-site shoots.
• General understanding of SEO practices and digital marketing concepts.
• Eagerness to learn UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Awareness of social media trends and a creative approach to content creation.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a collaborative team player with a strong desire to grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
