Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic and Video Editor to produce compelling visual content for our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and video editing software. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, showcasing our properties, and engaging our target audience across various digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, social media campaigns, and internal communications. Manipulate and edit raw video footage to create polished and cohesive narratives, including trimming, cutting, transitions, and special effects. Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality and impact. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts. Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive. Manage and organize video assets efficiently. Graphic Design: Design and develop visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, website elements, advertisements, and presentations. Create impactful visual concepts that effectively communicate property features, brand values, and promotional offers. Maintain brand consistency across all graphic design elements. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects from initial brief to final delivery. Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring high quality and correct specifications. Stay informed about current graphic design trends, tools, and best practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
