Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer (Male) to lead all visual design requirements for our marketing and branding activities. The candidate must have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print media design, video editing, photo retouching, product packaging, and brand storytelling. The role requires independent creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals aligned with the company’s brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Branding:
• Design social media creatives, posters, reels, and story graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop marketing flyers, brochures, catalogs, and banners for online and offline campaigns.
• Conceptualize and design product labels, packaging, and A+ content (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity through all design work.
• Photo & Video Editing:
• Professional photo retouching and editing for products and lifestyle shoots.
• Create and edit short promotional videos, product videos, and digital advertisements.
• Ensure high-quality visual output optimized for various digital and print platforms.
• Content Development:
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop engaging visual storytelling and content ideas.
• Plan and execute visual concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Print & Digital Media:
• Prepare designs for large format printing, event banners, hoardings, and point-of-sale materials.
• Coordinate with printing vendors for quality assurance and output management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Content Creation, and Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, design formats, and ad creatives.
• Experience in label and packaging design, product photography editing, and catalog creation.
• Knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Excellent creativity, innovation, and aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kolenchery, Ernakulam Dist. preferred.
• Should have a passion for branding, marketing visuals, and creative design innovations.

Location: Thadathil Digital Connect, Poothrikka, Ernakulam Dist, Kerala .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
