Designing Learning Objectives and the Overall Structure, Developing Content, Selection criteria/Assessment Tools. Partnering with SME / SLT to seek their inputs and customize content and interventions accordingly. Develop courses based on an overarching framework for the structure, presentation, activity design, delivery and support for e-learning courses PAN India training Department. Establish a clear workflow to support and manage content development. Create e-learning and mobile learning course (nugget size learning) for All Department materials from own Sources or create the content. Create and deliver educational material that makes complex processes simple. Work closely with other members of the Learning team to ensure deadlines are met and messages are accurate. Develop and generate high quality instructional education material to convey complex and technical subjects in plain English or pictorial way for ease of understanding. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure training design fits with the overall vision for the area of business requirements.
