Graphic Designer

About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for Factori.com. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating social media creatives, T-shirt mockups, product visuals, and basic video edits, while maintaining consistent brand standards. Key Responsibilities:Design & Creative DevelopmentDesign high-quality social media creatives, banners, ads, and promotional graphics. Create T-shirt mockups, product visuals, and merchandise designs as per brand guidelines. Work on website creatives, emailers, and marketing collateral when required. Maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all design outputs. Team CollaborationWork closely with the marketing, Sales, and Fulfilment teams to understand requirements and convert concepts into visually impactful designs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns. Quality & DeliveryEnsure designs are delivered within timelines and meet the required quality standards. Take responsibility for accuracy, layout consistency, and file organization. Video EditingPerform basic video editing for social media content, product videos, and marketing campaigns. Add text overlays, transitions, and simple animations where required. Skills & Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. Basic video editing skills are mandatory. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
