Job Description

Responsibilities Create concepts and designs for various graphics projects of varying complexity. Collaborate with colleagues in an efficient and effective manner Receive and provide critical feedback about work and projects you will be working on, while remaining professional, and composed. Help manage and coordinate graphics projects with other designers, as well as people who are in other departments. Remain well organized in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Act as a resource for less experienced team members. Produce graphics based on a concept, without having to be managed Self-manage and hit deadlines, as well as be proactive to ensure projects are delivered ahead of schedule whenever possible Desire to be part of a fast-paced organization that's growing rapidly month after month, with no signs of slowing down Strong oral and written communication, plus team-focused collaborative skills Top-notch attention to detail, spelling, and grammar (e.g., zero typos in captions) Requirements • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Proficient in Microsoft Office Profile • 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency 4+ years of experience in graphics applications such as Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop Highly organized person who enjoys multitasking. Job requires creativity, and alternative thinking to develop new ideas Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, to fulfill obligations Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Positive attitude and strong self-starter with the ability to execute. Must be able to think critically
