Job Description

Experience: 1 3 years of prior work experience Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative design concepts, including but not limited to logos, marketing collateral, infographics, posters, banners, e-mailers, print media advertisements, digital assets, social media graphics, and website elements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs Ensure the consistency and integrity of our brand identity across all design projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into design strategies Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to design guidelines Work collaboratively with marketers, and other team members to develop comprehensive design solutions. Skills Required: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projects, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt designs to different platforms and target audiences Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
