Job Description: Graphic Designer Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to create visually appealing content. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to design engaging visuals that communicate brand messages effectively. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design Creation Branding and Visual Identity Social Media and Digital Content Editing and Refining Designs Staying Current with Design Trends Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience. Technical Skills: Canva Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus. Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creativity with a passion for design and problem-solving. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs. Flexibility to adapt and evolve designs according to changing project needs. Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required to apply. Working Environment: This role typically involves working in an office environment Occasional after-hours work may be required depending on project deadlines.
