The Role We're looking for a creative and environmentally-conscious Graphic Designer to join our team of "Climate Introverts" – sustainability activists who drive change behind the scenes. You'll create visually compelling designs that not only look good but do good, working across a range of sustainable brands in recycling, composting, vegan products, water conservation, carbon reduction, and ethical fashion. What You'll Do Conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media Craft visual stories that authentically communicate our clients' environmental and social impact Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action Create illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets that align with our climate-forward ethos Transform complex sustainability concepts into accessible, engaging visuals Work with our all-women team in a non-hierarchical, inclusive environment Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive communications Stay current with sustainable design trends and eco-friendly production methods Help develop SOPs for responsibly integrating AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney into our design workflow What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools Experience with both digital and print design formats A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with a distributed team Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback Desire to work in an environment that prioritizes work-life balance, including flexibility during menstrual cycles Nice-to-Haves Experience working with sustainability-focused brands or organizations Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital design Familiarity with sustainable materials and production methods Interest in or experience with climate communications What We Offer An all-women team that prioritizes fair wages, work-life balance, and mental health Opportunity to work with India's top sustainability brands A liberal, inclusive, non-hierarchical space with an open-door policy The chance to make a real environmental impact through your creative work No-questions-asked policy for mental health breaks A team that treats each brand as our own and each team member like family Only Mumbai based candidates Candidates working as a freelancer, please don't apply!
