a Key Responsibilities: - Create daily creative assets for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media ads, gaming creatives, emailers, and more. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet the brands objectives. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. - Think creatively and develop unique visual content, aligning with the business needs. - Continuously improve designs based on feedback and market trends. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools. Requirements: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. - A portfolio showcasing experience in creating social media creatives, ads, gaming creatives, emailers, etc. - 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team. - Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. - A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. - Strong attention to detail. - Capacity to handle feedback and rejection professionally.
