We are looking for a smart, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching LinkedIn banners

  , event creatives, and digital marketing materials aligned with each event’s theme and target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the

  web development team

  to design and deliver visual assets, layouts, and UI/UX components for

  event websites

  .
• Create event brochures, social media posts, presentation templates, and email campaign graphics.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all marketing and event communication channels.
• Contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling and audience engagement through design.
• Optimize graphics for web, mobile, and print use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience

  in digital design, preferably within

  event management, marketing, or media

organizations

• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)

  or

  Figma

  .
• Experience designing for

  LinkedIn, websites, and event marketing campaigns

  .
• Basic understanding of

  UI/UX principles

  and ability to coordinate with web developers.
• A creative mind with excellent attention to detail, composition, and typography.
• Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, curious, and passionate about creating visually engaging content.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow

  , or other CMS platforms.
• Experience with

  video editing

  or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of

  branding, color psychology, and event marketing design trends
