Job Description: Graphic Designer β Brand Marketing Pod Location: Bangalore (5 Day WFO) Experience: 3-4 years (preferably in a D2C/ecommerce/quick commerce or Digital Startup) Department: Brand Marketing About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Marketing Pod. Youβll be the visual storyteller behind our campaigns, crafting compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities β Creative Design Development β Conceptualize and design visually appealing assets for brand marketing campaigns, including static graphics, GIFs, banners, infographics, social media posts, and performance marketing ads. β Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging across designs. β Maintain and evolve the brandβs visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points. β Campaign Asset Production β Design marketing collateral such as brochures, email templates, landing pages, static banners, WhatsApp, PNs and in-app creatives. β Create assets optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). β Video and Motion Graphics β Develop basic motion graphics for digital campaigns and ads. β Edit short-form videos for social media and product marketing. β Research & Innovation β Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to innovate and enhance designs. β Research competitor designs to ensure the brand stays ahead in visual communication. β Cross-Functional Collaboration β Work closely with the marketing, product, CRM, Affiliate, Partnership and performance teams to deliver designs that align with campaign objectives. β Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize creative ideas and solutions. Qualifications & Skills Required β Experience β 3-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a D2C, ecommerce, quick commerce or Digital Startup environment working closely with Brand marketing teams. β Proven track record of creating high-quality designs for digital platforms. β Technical Skills β Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). β Familiarity with tools like Figma for collaborative design work. β Knowledge of video editing and motion design (preferred). β Design Expertise β Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. β Experience with designing for performance marketing ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). β Ability to design responsive assets optimized for mobile and web platforms. β Soft Skills β Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas. β Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects. β A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to take constructive feedback positively. β Portfolio β A strong portfolio showcasing your best work across various mediums, including digital and social media designs.
