Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with 5+ years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and can turn complex ideas into visually compelling assets. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity across multiple platforms and campaigns, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring all creative output meets the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms, including campaigns, websites, social media, branding, presentations, and marketing collateral. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and brand strategy. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities, while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and on-brand execution. Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, freelancers, and vendors when needed. Work cross-functionally to support product launches, internal communications, and special initiatives with strong visual storytelling. Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team. Requirements 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative agency or in-house design team. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print, including brand identity, marketing campaigns, and multi-channel design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch. Deep understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with UX/UI design and web development fundamentals. Experience mentoring or leading other designers. Background in working with cross-functional teams in tech, e-commerce, media, or related industries.
