Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Editor

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with video editing and motion graphics skills to join our growing digital marketing team.
You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs, social media creatives, and short-form videos that align with campaign strategies and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, reels, thumbnails, and ad banners for digital campaigns.
• Create motion graphics and animated videos for ads, explainer videos, and social posts.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and visualize campaign ideas.
• Adapt content across different platforms — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity, tone, and color scheme.
• Ensure all visual assets are optimized for web and mobile.
• Manage multiple design/video projects with quick turnarounds.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Ability to design in Malayalam and English (preferred).
• Excellent sense of motion timing, transitions, and storytelling through visuals.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in design or video editing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion graphics work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
