Job Description Job Title: Graphic Designer, Marketing/Internal communications Salary Grade / FLSA: Salaried / Exempt Last Revised: 25-Sep-2024 Job Code: Reports to: Manager Graphic Design Job Summary: A Graphic Designer with expertise in delivering creative solutions that comply with corporate identity guidelines. This position emphasizes the creation of visually engaging materials for both internal and external communications, maintaining brand consistency across all print and digital media and advertising materials. Essential Job Duties: Collaborate with internal teams to design corporate identity-compliant layouts for both print and digital media. Plan and implement content strategies for various print and digital communications. Manage the procurement of print materials, advertising assets, and branded workwear. Safeguard and further develop the corporate design, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Create and enhance diverse layouts, including logos and promotional materials. Generate, review, and transmit print-ready data for production. Conduct image research and perform digital image editing and montage work. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and website content. Ensure effective data management and maintenance practices. Experience in digital asset management tools or share drives for streamlined workflows. Expertise to work on dynamic creative projects, that push the boundaries of design. Basic Qualifications Education & Experience: 6 -10 years of relevant Industry experience (preferably in Advertising Industry for ideate and produce designs for marketing & internal communication purposes) Graduate/ Masters in Graphic / Computer Design or equivalent Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Proficient at taking ideas from concept to reality, with a talent for storytelling through compelling visual designs. Skilled in video editing and creating engaging motion graphics. Up to date with technology, user interactions, industry trends, and design best practices. Familiarity with various digital publishing platforms is a Plus. Capable of creating visually impactful designs and coordinating with various groups for corporate events. Good at turning complex information into clear and compelling graphic representations. Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed team environment. Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress would be an add-on bonus. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Be part of organizational transformation and growth and be a change agent.
