Graphic Designer

Job Description

Engage in a variety of projects and media by utilizing different software programs to create innovative graphic designs aligned with business objectives. Gather feedback from managers to ensure designs adhere to organizational standards, and brand expectations, and accurately express ideas. Work both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet project deadlines. Update and maintain internal databases with designs, photography, and video content. Responsibilities: Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a diverse array of materials, including web pages, presentations, promotional materials, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing collateral. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design while adhering to brand identity guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications : Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience using design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A desire to continuously develop skill sets through ongoing education and training. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 5-6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency. Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related field. Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
