Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics for Leapup Edutech s digital platforms, including website elements, social media posts, email newsletters, digital ads, and promotional materials. Branding: Ensure consistency in branding elements across all graphics, adhering to Leapup Edutech s brand guidelines and visual standards. Visual Engagement: Design engaging educational content visuals, such as infographics, charts, diagrams, and illustrations, to effectively communicate complex concepts to our users. Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations, to support Leapup Edutech s marketing campaigns and initiatives. Video Graphics: Create graphic elements and animations for video content, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing storytelling. Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, including the marketing team, content creators, and product managers, to refine and iterate on designs effectively. Stay Updated: Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of Leapup Edutech s visual assets. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, particularly in the digital and educational sectors. Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, with a demonstrated ability to translate concepts into visually stunning graphics. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
