Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will work closely with senior designers and other team members to create engaging content for various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Create high-quality graphics, including social media posts, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Lakshyas brand guidelines and visual identity. Collaboration: Work closely with the senior designers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts and execute projects. Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Digital and Print Media: Develop creatives for both digital and print media, ensuring high quality and consistency across all platforms. AI Tools: Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Familiarity with other design tools and AI tools is a plus. Creative Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback positively. AI Knowledge: Understanding and experience with AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity.
