The ideal candidate is a creative professional eager to showcase their storytelling abilities and exceptional visual design skills. Key Responsibilities Create innovative graphic designs for print and digital marketing materials aligned with our brand guidelines. Develop and design corporate brochures, presentations, marketing collateral, and digital assets. Design graphics for our website, social media platforms, and online marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and practice teams to develop creative and corporate assets. Collaborate with vendors for design to drive marketing initiatives. Maintain and evolve the companys visual brand identity. Who Are We Looking For 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience. Bachelor s / Master s degree in graphic arts, design or related field. Creative design skills and understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills. Advanced proficiency in design tools: o Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). o Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word Doc). o Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Premier Pro, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on. Soft skills: Stakeholder management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
