Graphic Designer Intern/Executive

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the development of creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials, under the guidance of senior designers and mentors. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, contributing ideas and solutions to design challenges. Create visual assets such as social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements, adhering to brand guidelines and standards. Learn and apply design principles, typography, color theory, and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables. Support the production and execution of design projects, including image editing, file preparation, and asset management. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software to expand knowledge and skills in graphic design. Assist in maintaining organized files and documentation, ensuring efficient workflow and project management. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques, actively contributing ideas and feedback.
