We are hiring for three positions : Creative Graphic Designer Focused on creative graphic design work. Graphic Designer (Production) – Specialized in print media production. Graphic Designer – General graphic design responsibilities. Location: Bangalore/Pune (Hybrid) Your Future Employer: A globally recognized industry leader providing a full range of creative and design services for diverse clients. Responsibilities: Execute design concepts and templates developed by the Art team and external agencies. Manage high-volume production edits, updates, and revisions to existing projects or templated creative. Ensure all deliverables meet project briefs, maintain quality control, and are technically correct, high-quality, and press- or user-ready. Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, including print, digital, mobile, and social media. Work with project management tools (e.g., Workfront) to track multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. Apply expertise in typography, layout, color, retouching, and infographic design. Communicate effectively, ask questions to gain knowledge, and implement feedback to improve continuously. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of related experience in a high-traffic design environment, preferably in an agency setting. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) . Strong knowledge of social media and web-based graphic/asset guidelines.
