Ideally, 3-5 years is the sweet spot.) Reports Directly to: Founder & CEO The Role: More Than Just Design We are looking for a visionary Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on pushing creative boundaries, designing visually stunning and unconventional graphics that grab attention instantly. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of marketing design trends, and the ability to transform briefs into impactful, engaging visuals. Your Key Responsibilities: Brand Identity & Creative Strategy Own the brand identity, ensuring consistency while innovating in new creative directions. Challenge conventional design approaches and provide fresh, disruptive creative ideas. Research global creative trends to ensure Futurenses design assets stand out in a crowded digital landscape. Design & Execution Create visually striking creatives that break the mold of traditional designs. Develop high-impact company decks, investor presentations, brochures, and website designs. Conceptualize and execute attention-grabbing social media graphics, ad creatives, and email campaign visuals. Work with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs with an amazing turnaround time. Digital & Motion Graphics Design engaging static and motion graphics for marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Collaborate with video editors to create interactive and animated content. Website & UI/UX Design Work with developers to enhance Futurenses website aesthetics and usability. Apply UI/UX principles to optimize user experience in digital marketing assets. Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate) Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related eld (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Prior experience in high-growth startups, EdTech, e-learning, or digital brands is a plus. Skills Required: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Eects, Premiere Pro). Strong knowledge of modern design tools like Figma and Canva. Ability to create bold, unconventional, and high-impact static and motion graphics. Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and branding guidelines. Excellent ability to understand briefs, provide creative input, and execute with precision. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
