Role Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Specialist with expertise in packaging design, logo design, and video editing. The ideal candidate will translate brand strategies into impactful visuals, develop innovative packaging concepts, craft unique and versatile logos, and edit engaging video content that enhances brand storytelling. This role requires a blend of artistic creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver high-quality designs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design innovative, functional, and market-relevant packaging solutions that meet brand and product requirements.

2. Create original, scalable, and impactful logos aligned with client/brand identity.

3. Edit and produce video content (ads, reels, promos, corporate videos, social media) with attention to detail in storytelling, sound, and motion.

4. Deliver print-ready and digital assets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.

5. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand creative briefs and bring ideas to life.

6. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry standards to bring fresh, modern ideas.

7. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in packaging design, logo design, and video editing.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in branding, packaging, and motion content.

3. Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

4. Understanding of printing techniques, materials, and video formats.

5. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think strategically.

6. Excellent communication and time management skills.
