Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Executive who will be responsible for designing impactful visual content to support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across Astra Chemtech Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver designs consistent with the company’s brand identity for adhesive & graphics industry products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, product catalogs, packaging labels, banners, posters, standees, newsletters, and other promotional collaterals
• Design digital content such as social media posts, website banners, emailers, product presentations, and corporate videos
• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Product, and Marketing to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality output
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs and platforms
• Adapt and modify designs based on feedback while ensuring timely delivery
• Support product branding and packaging design for multiple adhesive product categories
• Manage and organize design files, version control, and artwork for printing vendors
• Stay updated with market trends, industry design standards, and digital media tools
• Ensure print-ready formats and coordination with printing agencies for production jobs
• Contribute ideas for brand enhancement and creative marketing strategies

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Premiere/After Effects preferred)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles
• Ability to create both digital and print-friendly artworks
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Knowledge of printing specifications, packaging design, and pre-press processes (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of UI/UX basics and website content designing
• Experience in graphic design for industrial or manufacturing brands
• Basic photography and video editing skills
