Job Title: Graphic Designer Min Exp : 4-5 years Job Description: We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to support the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word/PowerPoint, and have experience in creating engaging designs for brochures, collateral, presentations, and digital content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Materials: Design brochures, flyers, and collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives. Presentations: Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate product features and marketing messages. Social Media & Digital Content: Develop creative graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), websites, email campaigns, and digital ads. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys visual identity and branding guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality assets within deadlines. Design Adaptability: Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring they are optimized for all channels and devices. Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback to revise designs and meet the objectives of the sales and marketing teams. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in marketing materials, presentations, and social media graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word/PowerPoint. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles. Ability to design for various social media platforms and digital formats. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
