The Opportunity

Join our founding team to help shape and create visual identities and designs that communicate across India's diverse linguistic and cultural landscape. Your work will help bridge the digital divide and make complex information accessible to millions.

What You'll Do

• Design visual assets for multilingual content across various Indian languages
• Create graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for videos and social media
• Develop culturally-sensitive designs that resonate with diverse Indian audiences
• Design templates and brand assets for government, NGO, and enterprise clients
• Collaborate with video editors, content writers, and AI tools to bring stories to life
• Create infographics that simplify complex information for low-literacy audiences
• Design for multiple platforms: WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Help establish visual guidelines for culturally authentic communication
• Learn the art of fine-tuning AI models, designing custom training data pipelines, and build rich visual narrative worlds

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Desig
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create culturally-sensitive designs for diverse audiences
• Experience designing for digital platforms and social media
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback

Bonus Points (not mandatory):

• Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Understanding of India's cultural and linguistic diversity
• Experience designing for accessibility and low-literacy audiences
• Knowledge of design for social impact or development sector
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
