Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Executive

Aarth Universal School, one of India’s leading IB schools, is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the school’s visual identity and online presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics aligned with international educational standards and experience in school branding, social media marketing, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics, creatives, brochures, posters, and videos for digital and print media.
• Manage the school’s social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns for admissions, events, and community outreach.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and visual documentation of school events.
• Collaborate with the leadership and admissions team to design communication materials and newsletters.
• Analyze engagement insights and suggest strategies to enhance audience reach and brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• Experience in social media management, ad campaigns, and digital analytics.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail and understanding of school branding aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience working with schools, educational institutions, or learning brands.
• Knowledge of IB/International curriculum branding tone is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
