Were seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating stunning visual concepts that captivate our audience and communicate our brands message. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to produce innovative solutions for both print and digital platforms, leveraging the latest design trends, technologies, and AI tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and advertisements for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand s visual identity and ensure consistency across all designs. Collaborate with copywriters, Marketing Heads, and other stakeholders to produce final designs that meet project requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and AI tools, applying this knowledge to create innovative and effective designs. Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), CorelDraw, and other relevant tools. Brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics, contributing to team efforts and participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Coordinate with outside agencies, printers, and colleagues as necessary, ensuring timely and effective delivery of design projects. Communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revising designs as needed. Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of past work, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and expertise in AI-powered design tools. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: Bachelor s degree in related field Proven graphic designing experience 6 to 8 Years. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, PPT and Excel). Experience with AI-powered design tools Experience with print and digital design Excellent communication skills. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and expertise in AI-powered design tools Proficiency in Tamil Typing Knowledge of the latest design trends Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Experience working in an agency setting is a plus Experience in animation and video editing is a plus Knowing Hindi language is added value
