Ideate, brainstorm, and work collaboratively with the creative and account management team. Apply your knowledge of graphic design to designing Logos, Brand Guidelines, Product packaging, Emailers, Catalogues, Newsletters, Social Media Posts, Carousels, etc. Create and Edit Social Media videos and reels. Apply creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate unique design solutions. Engage in creative tasks including website/UI, UX design, etc. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of work experience on graphic design projects, with a robust portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects, demonstrating skills in Social Media content design, branding, digital design and video editing. Strong design skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Design Suite - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc. Knowledge of using MidJourney, DALL-E, or other AI image generation tools. Good understanding of video content creation – Social Media videos, Instagram reels, stories, etc. Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
