Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating video posts and engaging visual content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn with approx. 3-5 years of experience in the industry . This is a remote position based in India . Key Responsibilities: Design and create high-quality video posts, reels, and short-form content for digital marketing campaigns. Develop static and motion graphics for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content strategies and brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets. Optimize visuals and videos for engagement and platform-specific performance. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design tools, and marketing strategies . Should be able to design high quality images for Blogs Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment . Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,Canva, and Illustrator . Experience in editing short-form videos and creating social media-friendly content. Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and content optimization . Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills . Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of copywriting for captions and ad creatives. Familiarity with nurse staffing, healthcare, or recruitment industries .
