Role Description – Graphic Designer (Full-time | On-site – Lucknow)

Graphic Designer

Daily responsibilities include:

• Designing high-quality visuals for social media, ads, websites, and branding projects
• Maintaining brand consistency across all creative assets
• Collaborating with the marketing and content teams for campaign-aligned visual communication
• Creating UI/UX layouts and user-friendly design interfaces for web and app projects
• Editing and producing video content for digital platforms when required

Qualifications & Skills

Core Design Skills:

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, and Creative Conceptualization
• Experience in Branding, Logo Design, and developing cohesive brand identity systems
• Proficiency in Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design & Brand Guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality creative output

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma)
• UI/UX Design skills for web and mobile interfaces (Figma, Adobe XD preferred)
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
• Knowledge of designing for social media, print, and digital advertising formats

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Prior experience in a professional design role is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
