Role Overview

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics for
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
Create
high-performing advertisement creatives
for Meta, Google, and other digital campaigns.
Design
YouTube video thumbnails
that are visually striking and optimised for clicks.
Work on
day-to-day internal graphics,
including event posters, presentation slides, and internal communication visuals.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
Stay updated on design trends, especially within digital and real estate marketing.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in design tools such as
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in
digital marketing design
(ads, social creatives, thumbnails, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design versatility and creativity.

Nice to Have

Experience with
motion graphics
or short video editing (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro).
Understanding of
real estate or proptech
content design.
