Smartways is an end-to-end Brand Management & Tech Consulting company, dedicated to helping brands with their marketing and tech needs. We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team and contribute to producing engaging visual content for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Assist in the creation of branding assets such as logos, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative assets aligned with campaign goals.
• Support senior designers with layout, typography, and image editing tasks.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field

Skills:

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Video editing or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
