Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for beauty, skincare, and design-led storytelling. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the creative and production teams to bring brand ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for social media, campaigns, catalogues, and brand communication

Create visual layouts for photo and video shoot collaterals

Assist in developing mood boards and visual references for campaigns

Adapt and execute brand guidelines across different design formats

Collaborate with creative strategists, photographers, and videographers to ensure cohesive visual output

Work on retouching, basic image editing, and layout corrections

Stay updated with design trends, especially in beauty, skincare, and fashion industries

Support the senior design team in day-to-day creative tasks and executions

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, colour, typography)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Good visual sense and attention to detail

Ability to translate concepts into clean, engaging visuals

Basic understanding of branding and campaign design

Knowledge of beauty, skincare, or lifestyle aesthetics is a plus

Good communication and teamwork skills

Who You Are:

A fresher or designer with up to 1 year of experience

Passionate about graphic design and visual storytelling

Keen interest in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands

Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
