Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Import Specialist will be responsible for managing import operations, ensuring international trade documentation compliance, and collaborating with customers to meet their service expectations. The role involves monitoring import shipments, liaising with logistics partners, and addressing any issues related to import and export activities while maintaining accurate records. Qualifications Proficiency in Import and Export operations and compliance with international trade regulations Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients Experience in Import Export processes and knowledge of International Trade practices Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field Previous experience in the construction or consulting industry is an advantage
